Staying at this hotel was a dream! The rooms were just perfect with a sea view and a balcony, and the staff, including Marcello on reception, Federica helping us with the bikes, and Sonia in the breakfast room, made our stay exceptional. The location on the waterfront in Ortigia was fantastic for exploring everything on foot, with all the comforts we needed at our fingertips. The dining experience was a delightful mix of local flavors, and the service was like nothing we've experienced before, going above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time.

The room boasted a small window and balcony that had a view of a packed car park and 2 bulging rubbish bins, but in keeping with the room description, the water view was great and had a fabulous view of the sea.
